These terms govern your use of the leis.ae website and, together with the applicable service agreement, the LEIS platform. The website and platform are provided by Alpine Edge SHPK, Rruga Arben Brroci, Garden City, Tiranë, Albania.

You may browse this website for information about LEIS. You agree not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in misleading ways. All content, designs, and trademarks on this site belong to Alpine Edge SHPK or their respective owners; third-party brand names are used solely to identify our customers.

Access to the LEIS platform is provided under a service agreement with your organization. Account holders must keep credentials confidential and use the platform only for lawful, work-related purposes. The customer organization remains responsible for the content its users submit.

We operate LEIS with commercially reasonable care and provide support as agreed with each customer. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Alpine Edge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. For the platform, liability is governed by the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
